Sponsorship of Winlaton Vulcans
Funding from sponsorship for sporting organisations such as ourselves provides an invaluable form of revenue to enable us to meet with the requirements and commitments of the modern game, and being a strictly amateur club, all sponsorship monies received are utilized for playing equipment and traveling expenses.
Players do not receive any payment.
To further our attempts to attract new playing and social membership we have an ambitious long term plan to completely revamp the clubhouse to enable disabled access, create new training facilities for both men and women and include other sports.
Our aim is to generate the revenue required through sports grants.
We are also fully aware however that sponsorship must be considered as a two way arrangement, whereby we offer potential sponsors the opportunity to obtain excellent exposure for their business on our website, and to invite their business colleagues or guests to participate socially on a league match day(assuming one is available), in a unique sporting atmosphere, for which a wide range of sponsorship packages are available.

Match Programme Advertising:
Full Page for all home league matches - Cost £100.00
Half Page for all home league matches - Cost £ 60.00
Quarter Page for all home league matches - Cost £ 35.00
For which:
The name and details of your company business will be advertised in the match programme.
The name and details of your company business will appear in the sponsors page of the Club Internet Web Site.
Corporate Sponsorship Packages:
Select Match Day Sponsor - Cost £ 500.00
For which:
A Buffet Meal will be provided by the Club to include £150.00 worth of free drinks
The use of the Club facilities on match day from 1.00pm onwards
Your sponsorship will be advertised in the Match Day Programme.
A Club Tie will be presented at the post match function by the Club Chairman
A Full Page advert in the Club’s own Web site to include your Company Logo(if supplied) and a short profile of your Company
Standard Match Day Sponsor - Cost £250.00
For which:
A Buffet Meal will be provided by the Club to include £ 50.00 worth of free drinks.
The use of the Club facilities on match day from 1.00pm onwards.
Your sponsorship will be advertised in the Match Day Programme.
A Club Tie will be presented at the post match function by the Club Chairman
Inclusion on the sponsors page of the Club Web Site together with your Company logo(if supplied) and contact details.
Playing Equipment :
Set of twenty strips or track suits for First Team - Cost £ 700.00
Set of twenty strips or track suits for Junior Team - Cost £ 550.00
For which :
Your company name or logo will be displayed on twenty rugby shirts or track suits to be worn by the first team or junior side for both home and away matches.
Details of your company will be displayed in the match programme throughout the season.
The Use of the Club facilities from 1.00pm onwards on a match day of your own choice, at which a buffet meal will be provided by the Club to include £100.00 worth of free drinks.
A Club Tie will be presented at the post match function by the Club Chairman.
Inclusion on the sponsors page of the Club Web Site together with your Company logo(if supplied) and contact details.
Match Ball : - Cost £ 40.00

Advertising Hoarding : - Cost £ 250.00
For which:
The name and details of your company business will be advertised on a pitchside hoarding for the full season.
Inclusion on the sponsors page of the Club Web Site together with your Company logo(if supplied) and contact details.
Your sponsorship will be advertised in the Match Day Programme.
RECEIPTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY COSTS INVOLVING V.A.T
