Code of Conduct
The Vulcans are very much a family based club with a long and proud history, who’s sole aim is to provide Rugby Football opportunities to players of all ages, as well as provide the social amenities expected in such an environment.
Everyone is welcome at the `Vulcans`, however, to maintain the reputation acquired over the many years of being a friendly and hospitable Club for both playing and social visitors, there is a duty on all of us who use the facilities to obey our Constitution and rules of Conduct, for which we should be most grateful for you to read and digest the following code of conduct :
Players, Coaches and Team Administrators :
To respect the premises and its contents - do not wear studded or dirty footwear in the social areas.
To leave kit bags outside the social / bar areas.
To pay membership and match fees promptly.
To show respect to other users of the club.
To be courteous and respectful to visiting referees at all times.
Staff and Officials :
To be welcoming and respectful to members and guests.
To assist members and guests to enjoy their visit to the `Vulcans`
Members :
To be patient to staff and respect club officials.
To obey the licence laws
To keep the club clean and observe no smoking signs
To move away from the bar when served – this will be a great help to the visitors and bar staff.
Guests :
We are delighted that you have chosen to visit our club, but please remember this is our home and remember
To be considerate to other users of the club.
To be courteous and patient with the staff.

To keep the club tidy and observe no smoking signs.
